Kampala Cygnets

We want to support the continued development of girls football across the world and are delighted to have teamed up with a wonderful club in Kampala, Uganda where football provides a vital escape for children living in challenging circumstances.

Our role will be supporting the growth of girls' football within the club ("The Kampala Cygnets") providing advice and support to the great work they are doing on the ground. 

​​​​

Our aim is to build a long lasting relationship which will evolve and grow over time providing vital support and the opportunity to show how football can improve lives.

How we will help

​Fund Raising

  • During the season we will organise various fund raising activities to help provide new opportunities (e.g. training equipment; competition entries; transport costs)

Kit Exchange

  • Any pre-worn TCFC kit can be donated to the club and will be delivered to Uganda at the end of the current season

​

Future Collaboration​

  • We will explore new ways to build our partnership e.g. player buddy schemes; in person visits etc. All ideas can be sent to twickenhamcygnets@gmail.com.
